TALKING WITH OUR ELDERS

Premiere of the locally created series, "Talking with our Elders”, featuring local Aboriginal youth interviewing Elders in the Castlemaine region. This is the first short interview to premiere. Interviewed assuredly by her daughter Jacinta Douglas, Dja Dja Wurrung Elder, Aunty Kerri Douglas’ interview is simple and poignant. It gives a deep insight into the life of an important local Elder and educator. After the screening there will be a Q and A with Aunty Kerri Douglas and Jacinta Douglas.
