A MIFF 2025 favourite!

Bittersweet, bruisingly honest, and heartwarmingly funny, SORRY, BABY is the wildly impressive feature debut for writer, director and star Eva Victor. Premiering at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival to critical acclaim and winning the eminent Screenwriting Award, the raw and emotional black comedy drama – from A24 films and produced by legendary Oscar-winning filmmaker Barry Jenkins (Moonlight) – explores a college professor’s journey to recovery after a sexual assault.

Masterfully shifting between moments of heartbreak and humour to illustrate the non-linear and difficult process of healing from trauma in a digestible yet effective manner, Victor’s astonishing debut also features Naomi Ackie (Mickey 17), Lucas Hedges (Ladybird), John Carroll Lynch (Fargo) and Kelly McCormack (Sugar Daddy).

Dine in or takeaway pizza Tuesday – Sunday

Semi-sourdough pizza made with organic ingredients and a very little amount of yeast. The magic is in the fermentation process, which takes up to 72 hours. Each pizza is then balled up and hand-stretched to order. We cook our pizza in a 500c oven with a stone floor. The effect is a thin, crisp base with a puffy, leopard-spotted crust. No bookings required.
